rooms were well furnished and brand-new and provided with the bathroom and queen sized bed, for example. it was very handy to have tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. the location was perfect and excellent, for example, a hyde park was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency London - the Churchill for 3 nights and had breakfast at the Michelin-starred restaurant. the breakfast spread was abundant, and I particularly enjoyed the cereals and scrambled eggs. the service was outstanding, and the food was of top-notch quality. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services provided.

We stayed at a hotel near Oxford Street and Paddington Station, which was great for shopping and transportation. The location was also convenient for visiting popular sites like palaces and parks. Our room was newly renovated and elegantly decorated, with a cozy bed and a classy bathroom. The service was exceptional, from the helpful staff to the outstanding food at the Italian restaurant. The hotel was just a short walk from Marble Arch tube station, making it easy to explore the city.

The gym was a bit disappointing, lacking in size and free weights.

My one night stay at Hyatt Regency was excellent. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel right at home. They even surprised me with a happy birthday cake in my room! The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The location was superb, just a 2-minute walk from Oxford Street and close to many cafes in Marylebone. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London!

As young people, we loved the extra king size bed that was extremely comfortable and the sumptuous pillows that moulded perfectly around our heads. The well-equipped room had a great view over the park, and the location was perfect for shopping on Oxford St and attending a concert in Hyde Park. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Joodi from the front desk, who provided outstanding customer service. The breakfast at The Montagu was amazing, with the option of having fresh food cooked or enjoying the buffet.

Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were extra wide. Everything in the room felt brand new, and the heated toilet seat was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also provided treats with the tea, which was a nice touch. The renovation was done really well, and the room had a pleasant smell. The location was perfect, close to the main shopping area and within easy reach of all the amazing sites this city has to offer. The hotel was also conveniently located near underground stations and bus stations.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent. The staff were responsive. I was there for 1 night and ate at a Michelin star rated restaurant for dinner.

The room is extremely spacious and has particularly good views over the park. The hotel offers bacon and scrambled eggs in the morning. The location is marvelous, right by the tube, and taxis were always available at the front entrance and in the restaurant. The staff are amazingly great and managed the nearby parking smoothly.

The dinner was good, staff professional. Concierge arranged a last-minute flight to Toronto. Manager explained that no credit could be given for next visit. Bed and pillows were exceptional. Location is near shopping. Room was small, but had good supply of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was good, staff helpful and pleasant. Service with smiles, requests fulfilled fast.

The only issue we had during our stay was that the coffee/tea in the lobby was frequently empty, and we had to ask for it to be refilled. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking luxury and exceptional service.
